Drought Resistant Gardening Program Planned

A practical program on using drought resistant plants in your landscape will be offered by The Penn State Master Gardeners in Wayne county on Tuesday, May 20 from 6:00 - 7:30 PM at the Wayne County Visitors Center in Honesdale.

Accomplished Master Gardeners, Randy Hennig and Lily Briggs, will discuss the benefits of using drought resistant plants and show you how to create splashes of color and texture in your garden with minimal water.

Cost to attend the workshop is $3.00 per person, payable at the door. Pre-registration is appreciated but not required. Please contact the Extension office at (570) 253-5970 x 4110 or by e-mail to WayneExt@psu.edu.
